At MCUBE Academy, we are committed to addressing and resolving grievances in a transparent and timely manner. We value feedback and ensure fair redressal for all concerns related to our services and training programs.

1. How to Raise a Grievance:

  • Email your grievance with complete details to training@mcubeacademy.in.
  • You may also call our support at +91 96009 03515‬ during business hours.

2. Grievance Handling Process:

  • Every grievance will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
  • Our team will investigate and respond with a resolution within 7 working days.

3. Escalation:

  • If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the matter to the Operations Head at the same email ID with subject “Escalation – Grievance.”

4. Confidentiality & Fairness:

  • All grievances are handled confidentially and with impartiality.
