1. How to Raise a Grievance:
- Email your grievance with complete details to training@mcubeacademy.in.
- You may also call our support at +91 96009 03515 during business hours.
2. Grievance Handling Process:
- Every grievance will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
- Our team will investigate and respond with a resolution within 7 working days.
3. Escalation:
- If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the matter to the Operations Head at the same email ID with subject “Escalation – Grievance.”
4. Confidentiality & Fairness:
- All grievances are handled confidentially and with impartiality.
