1. Course Fees:

• All course fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors.

2. Cancellation by Participant:

• If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the course start date, we may offer a credit for future use upon written request, subject to approval.

3. Cancellation by MCUBE Academy:

• In the unlikely event that a course is canceled or rescheduled by us, enrolled participants will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund.

4. Refund Process:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Digital Products and Materials:

• No refunds will be issued for downloaded materials, recordings, or completed training sessions.
